Bench Jeweler Our Bench Jewelers are at the heart of what we do - executing the physical construction of fine jewelry products, including soldering, filing, and assembling rings. As a Bench Jeweler, you will bring exceptional craftsmanship and a commitment to quality to every piece you create.
Setter Our Stone Setters execute the precise physical construction of fine jewelry products, including setting side and center stones with expert care and accuracy. In this role, your attention to detail and technical skill directly contribute to the beauty and integrity of every Brilliant Earth piece.
Polisher Our Polishers execute the full polishing process for complex precious-metal jewelry pieces with diamonds and gemstones. In this role, you will apply your expertise to bring each piece to its finest finish, ensuring every product meets Brilliant Earth's exceptional quality standards.
