What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Retail Associate, youโ€™ll be the face of Hello Adorn in our flagship store, helping customers discover pieces theyโ€™ll love and remember. Youโ€™ll support daily operations, drive sales, and contribute to a warm, welcoming store culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with shoppers and repeat customers
  • Manage transactions and returns using our POS system with accuracy and care
  • Package purchases to brand standards and ensure every customer leaves delighted
  • Offer personalized product recommendations and suggest thoughtful add-ons
  • Support jewelry repairs and ensure timely turnaround for customers
  • Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
  • Stay informed on new product launches, promotions, and in-store events
  • Learn and execute the Endless Bracelet process
  • Assist with inventory receiving, restocking, and display accuracy


Schedule

This is a part-time, in-person role based in our retail store. Youโ€™ll work typically Saturday 10AM-6:30PM and Sunday 10AM-4:30PM.

Requirements:

Required:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-first mindset and a collaborative spirit


Preferred:

  • Retail experience, especially in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Interest or experience in jewelry making
