What You’ll Do

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading every aspect of the Jordan Creek location, including:

Inspiring and coaching a high-performing team

Creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment guests walk through the door

Leading by example on the sales floor

Hiring, training, and developing team members

Driving sales while maintaining our customer-first culture

Scheduling and managing daily store operations

Maintaining beautiful visual merchandising and displays

Monitoring inventory, supplies, and operational standards

Ensuring every permanent jewelry experience meets Fuzed quality standards

Solving problems with confidence and positivity

Celebrating wins while coaching opportunities for growth

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 or older to apply

Must be able to stand/and or walk 6 hours per shift

Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to work flexible schedule to meet business needs including days, nights, weekend and holidays
