Job description

The Fine Jewelry Manager / Pawn Manager will oversee daily operations within a high-volume, family-owned store with over 25 years in a prime location. Integrity and a strong work ethic are essential in leading a medium-sized team to maintain excellent customer service and efficient store management. This role reports directly to the owner and offers flexibility alongside a positive work environment with performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 6-15 staff members
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Control inventory, including ordering and record keeping
  • Resolve customer disputes promptly and professionally
  • Schedule and train employees to uphold service standards
  • Monitor sales performance and drive sales oversight
