Job description

We are seeking a Fine Jewelry and Watches Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling services, products, and merchandise, in a luxury retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Must be able assist customers with sales and repair intake.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customer and identify their needs
  • Present and sell luxury jewelry and watches
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Evaluate client’s jewelry and suggest appropriate repairs
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in luxury jewelry sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • GIA Graduate Gemmologist
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
