Job description

Job Title: Client Advisor - Jewelry
Reports to: Jewelry Manager/Store Director
Division: Retail
Overview:
The Client Advisor-Jewelry will act as an ambassador of Tourneau/Bucherer and is responsible for providing clients with an elevated shopping experience, exploring both their immediate and future needs. The Client Advisor-Jewelry exhibits the highest regard for delivering first in class service by promoting the company and brand partners to the client, and personally committing to further educate themselves to enhance their skills. Candidates must have a passion for fine jewelry, art and culture, be a global thinker who is ready to drive the jewelry business.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Client experience and Sales Objectives
  • Work to create a positive, inviting and elevated environment for the discerning client.
  • Be enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for jewelry.
  • Work as a team with management and colleagues to achieve personal and department goals.
  • Clienteling - focus on developing long-term relationships with the client so that they are more likely to think about visiting and buying from the store in the future. As appropriate, follow-up with clients utilizing the CRM system. This may include but is not limited to birthday cards, holiday cards, informing clients of new merchandise and inviting customers to special events/ campaigns.
  • Maintain and grow existing clients and reach new prospects.
  • Actively engage with clients, promoting the brand history, product lines and discovering their needs.
  • At a minimum, must meet sales objectives for any given month, quarter and year.
  • Share knowledge and motivate peers to promote jewelry.
  • Explain the value of being a Tourneau Bucherer client and leverage available tools, such as CRM, the Watch Protection Plan, Trade-ins and Bucherer 1888 Financing to support making the sale.
  • Partner with other Client Advisors as appropriate to make a sale.
  • Obtain client information utilizing the CRM system to build an on-going relationship.
  • In the event that the client contact results in a sale, efficiently close and process the sale to include accurate warranty completion and cleaning/sizing/setting of the watch.
  • Communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and to explore potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty among new and existing clients.
  • Be professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and gracious in all interactions.
  • Strive to be a customer service oriented to ensure a positive shopping experience that is best in class.
  • Readily accept and incorporate constructive advice given by managers on how to improve sales performance.
  • Attend training sessions to increase product knowledge.

  • Strictly adhere to all store security procedures.
  • Set up cases and windows.
  • Respect other Client Advisors fostering an environment of support and collaboration.
  • Adhere to the company dress code policy.
  • Work with team members to ensure the store is at all times clean and attractive.
  • Attendance is a crucial part of performance. Be on time.
  • Help set-up or close store depending upon shift.

SALARY: $28-35.00 per hour plus commission
