Job Title: Accountant - Japanese Bilingual
Client: Japanese Company
Working Location: Irving, TX
Working Style: Hybrid (2 days in Onside)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000-$60,000(DOE)
Benefit: Full Benefits

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and General Ledger (G/L) transactions before processing in SAP.
  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
  • Process accounting transactions using SAP and related accounting systems.
  • Maintain accounting documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Accounting preferred).
  • 2-3 years of general accounting experience.
  • Experience with:
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • General Ledger
    • Payroll entries
    • Bank reconciliations
  • Experience using SAP or ERP systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Business-level English communication.
  • Business-level Japanese communication.
