A leading Japanese financial institution is seeking a Bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in its Washington, DC office.
Role Overview:
This role provides day-to-day support to senior leaders and helps ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams in the U.S. and Japan. We are open to candidates with a range of professional backgrounds who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support executive schedules, meetings, and communications
* Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with expense processing
* Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
