Job Description
Prestigious international bank seeks a Bilingual Japanese executive assistant in New York.
The position supports the head of the department (member of executive committee) and senior leaders (managing directors)
Primary responsibilities are:
Travel and meeting arrangement
  • Administrative support for the senior members (70%)
  • Expense report management
  • Gift / entertainment management
  • Account payable (20%)
  • Staff on-bording / off-boarding
  • Prepare and maintain organization information

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience at global large corporation
  • Bilingual Japanese and English both oral and written in professional level.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hybrid work schedule:4 days in the office per week
  • SAP Concur and Abira system experiences are PLUS.
