Job description

Japanese Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75050
Work Style: 100% On-site, Monday-Friday
Salary: $45,000-$55,000 per year
Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Preferred Start Date: September 1, 2026
Candidates who can start by October 2026 may also be considered.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and organized Japanese Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX.
This position will mainly provide administrative support for HR-related functions, including payroll, employee onboarding, hiring documentation, benefits, and employee records. Approximately 20% of the role will involve basic accounting and bookkeeping support.
Previous HR or accounting experience is not required. Candidates with general administrative or office support experience are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with employee onboarding and HR-related paperwork.
  • Collect and organize payroll-related information.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee records.
  • Support hiring activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and organize HR documents and files.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoices, receipts, expense reports, and payment-related documents.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide general office support.
  • Maintain office supplies, files, mail, and other administrative records.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and team members.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual Japanese and English communication skills.
  • Administrative, office support, customer service, or similar experience preferred.
  • Previous HR, payroll, or accounting experience is not required.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Willingness to learn HR, payroll, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Ability to work 100% on-site in Grand Prairie, TX.
