Bilingual Virtual Counter Agent - Counter Sales
  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions and product selection.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through virtual interactions via kiosk technology.
  • Process sales transactions and customer orders using CSD.
  • Coordinate deliveries and communicate estimated arrival times for materials.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide product information and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate order and billing information.
  • Collaborate with store and yard teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Build positive customer relationships and deliver a seamless buying experience.
  • Support customers in both English and Spanish to meet their building material needs
