Primary Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Supply Chain

  • Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing records
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments
  • Coordinate purchasing activities and inventory requirements
  • Monitor inventory levels and support inventory management
  • Assist with import/export and supply chain operations
  • Maintain accurate operational data and documentation
  • Prepare reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
  • Support day-to-day purchasing and administrative operations
Opportunity to Learn New Skills

This position also includes occasional backup support for basic internal IT-related tasks when needed (approximately 5–10% of the workload).
Previous IT experience is not required. Training will be provided for candidates who are interested in learning new skills and expanding their professional experience.
