Administrative Assistant (Japanese-English Bilingual)
Location: Addison, TX 75001 (Onsite)
Pay: $23-$25/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time preferred (Part-time may be considered)
Hybrid: May be considered depending on business needs
Job Summary
We are hiring a Japanese-English bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and general administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys supporting a team.
Key Responsibilities
  • General admin support (email, phone, scheduling, document preparation)
  • Office support (supplies ordering, mail handling, vendor/building coordination)
  • Assist with office setup and organization (furniture, office environment, etc.)
