\n Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer profiles up to date<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Reach out to existing and prospective clients to develop and maintain business relationship and maximize profitability<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Promote mainly Cash Management Service and depositary business to small\-to\-medium\-sized enterprises<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Obtain necessary information from clients and report to the management<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Responsible for all transactions from origination to closing<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Prepare account related documents<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Responsible for KYC\/KPR process<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Provide information with customers as necessary<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Prepare presentation materials, terms & conditions, offer letters<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Assist RM's documentation process<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Provide administrative support to relationship managers and Senior Management<\/span>

  • Collaborate with colleagues and other department<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>\n

    • General knowledge of Banking business<\/span>

    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in both Japanese and English<\/span>

    • Well\-organized, skilled at multi\-tasking<\/span>
