Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage day-to-day corporate accounting operations.
  • Perform month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Maintain and reconcile General Ledger (G/L) accounts.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
  • Process payroll and employee benefits accounting.
  • Ensure tax compliance and statutory reporting.
  • Manage cash flow and treasury activities.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Prepare management reports for Japan headquarters.
  • Improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Business-level English communication.
  • Business-level Japanese communication.
  • CPA certification preferred.
