A New York-based non-profit organization is seeking a Business Support Service and Accounting Associate to support overseas business activities. This role involves business support services, accounting coordination, and general administrative duties within the Public Affairs Department.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to business inquiries and conduct mini research using web/databases and government resources
  • Coordinate briefing services and liaise with internal departments
  • Support seminars, exhibitions, and business-related events
  • Manage departmental budgets and accounting processes
  • Prepare payment documentation, vouchers, and travel expense reports
  • Provide general administrative and office support

Requirements
  • BA/College degree or higher
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
