<\/span>Reviews payment instructions and deposit instructions on a daily basis. <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>Works closely with and educates newly hired Sales Assistants regarding accounting and SAP procedures. <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>Monitors Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables outstanding balances and investigates discrepancies. Resolves discrepant issues. <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>During month end closing, check the comments and correct errors in merchandise and other ledger entries. <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>Educates all Sales Assistants on the proper accounting procedures.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>Reconciles AR\/AP on a monthly basis. <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>Conducts meeting with clients.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>Reconcile balance confirmation from affiliated companies, customers, and vendors. <\/span>

Strong Excel skills, working knowledge of Macro is a plus <\/span>
