Accounting/Tax Staff Entry Level - Japanese Bilingual RequiredLocation: Gardena, CA (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)
Employment Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience)
We are a Japanese accounting firm seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Accounting or Tax Staff (Entry Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career candidates who are interested in building a career in accounting and/or tax.
Responsibilities

  • Support accounting and/or tax-related services for clients
  • Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and general ledger tasks
  • Support preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Assist with tax preparation and related documentation
  • Communicate with team members and support daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications

  • No prior experience required
