Job description

Business: Sales & Service Office of Japanese manufacturing company
Hiring: Temp (long-term)
Pay: $20-$23/hour
Work hours: Open for Part-time and Full time within 8am-5pm
Work Style: Hybrid is available after learning the duties. (Possibility of working in the office more during the training peirod)
Job Description:

  • Admin duties of the office in general
  • Receive and order repair parts
  • Receipt of repaired or replacement parts
  • Handling documents and customs clearance with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other logistics companies
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and other documents
  • Support for our service staff
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and support monthly financial reporting and closing activities as assigned.
  • Other tasks might be assigned

Requirements:
(1) Japanese bilingual is a must as you will be supporting expatriates from Japan
(2) Trade admin experience is considered as a plus
(3) Basic Word, Excel, Power Point skills.
