Description
What: in-person immersive experience designed for neurodivergent individuals ages 18-26 who have a high school diploma or GED and are currently in college, taking a break from college, or college-capable.
The program combines accessible, interactive learning with real-world tools for success. Participants will strengthen career readiness and leadership skills, build confidence, and connect with peers through a mix of social and professional activities.
Program Highlights:
  • Guest speaker sessions and interactive workshops
  • Gamified and project-based learning
  • Peer-to-peer collaboration within a supportive cohort
  • Social activities and community building

When: January 12-15, 2027
Cost: $2,500 which includes:
  • Comprehensive career and leadership programming
  • Coaching and facilitated peer learning
  • Daily lunch and snacks
  • Social activities
  • A celebratory closing dinner

Scholarships based on financial need are available.
Hotel accommodation is not included, but a group rate is available. Room-sharing assistance can be provided upon request.

Primary Requirements
  • You are between the ages of 18 and 26.
  • You identify as neurodivergent.
  • You possess a high school diploma or GED by the start of our program.
  • You are college capable (even if you may not yet be college ready).
  • You can attend the entire program (January 12-15, 2027)

Independence
  • You are able to transport yourself to and from the BroadFutures training site.
  • If you are coming from out of state, you able to stay independently in DC for the week.

Program Cost and Scholarships
The Success Summit costs $2,500. Housing is an additional fee (hotel block pricing coming soon). Participants may also qualify for need based scholarships.
