What You'll Do
As a Janitorial Account Manager, you will lead daily operations across six local school sites within a tight 10-12 minute radius. Working mid-to-second shift primarily (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM), you'll bridge operations between day and evening teams to ensure quality standards, budget targets, and client satisfaction are consistently met.
  • Direct, mentor, and hold accountable a team of approximately 40 employees and 3 site supervisors.
  • Serve as a key Janitorial Operations Manager, overseeing site budgets, employee timesheets, supply ordering, and scheduling.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections alongside the Operations Manager to maintain top-tier facility standards, including oversight of basic floor care, stripping, and waxing.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with school principals, teachers, and primary client contacts.
  • Drive employee retention and team development in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring To The Team
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role (facility service, janitorial, or hospitality management background is a plus).
  • Exceptional Time Management: Ability to organize tasks, prioritize commitments, and successfully handle multiple locations simultaneously.
  • Strong Communication & Integrity: A commitment to doing what you say you will do and building lasting client relationships.
  • Operational Knowledge: Basic understanding of janitorial operations and floor tech care (stripping/waxing experience is a major bonus).
