Job description

Janitorial Supervisor

Job Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week

  • Day Shift: 7AM-3:30PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

  • $16.50/hr

Job duties: Responsible for overseeing team of cleaners by confirming completion and quality of all cleaning tasks. Will be participating in personal cleaning route and requested additional projects, documenting all cleaning tasks completed, and reporting all updates to the Site Operations Manager.

  • Cooperate with staff as a leader
  • Carry out special projects
  • Routine building cleaning
    • Restroom cleaning
    • Window cleaning
    • Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter
    • Sanitizing surfaces

    • Vacuuming/Dusting
  • Stocking supply rooms

Requirements:

  • Must pass background checks and drug screening
  • Must have previous supervisory experience
  • Must have previous janitorial experience
  • Physical requirements: a lot of walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
