The Facilities Group Hawaii (TFG HI) is a combination of two local companies that have provided facilities maintenance services to leading businesses in Hawaii for over 50 years. We provide comprehensive commercial building maintenance and cleaning services, including daily janitorial, carpet cleaning, floor stripping and coating, pressure washing, sanitizing, and building maintenance and repairs.

Janitorial Supervisors for TFG HI are responsible for overseeing janitorial operations at assigned client facilities throughout the Island. Customer properties include individual office suites, larger professional buildings, educational and medical facilities, financial institutions, and other commercial properties. Our Janitorial Supervisors serve as leaders and representatives of the company, ensuring quality service delivery while supporting team members and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of janitorial staff.

  • Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to service excellence.


Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Previous janitorial, housekeeping, facilities maintenance, or custodial experience required.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, products, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and develop employees in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess clear and effective communication skills. Basic English proficiency is necessary.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to inspect work, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Proficient in completing reports, documentation, and inventory tracking.
  • Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve operational challenges.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules as business needs require.
