About the Role

We’re a professional cleaning company specializing in overnight restaurant cleaning. As we grow in the Raleigh area, we’re hiring an experienced Overnight Janitorial Supervisor to lead crews, ensure quality standards, and support client relationships. Light daytime walk-throughs and occasional sales activities may be included (training provided; leads supplied). We’re looking for someone long-term who wants to grow with the business and take on more responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support overnight cleaning teams across multiple sites.
  • Perform hands-on cleaning as needed to meet scope and timelines.
  • Plan nightly tasks; ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and supplies.
  • Enforce company and client safety, security, and quality standards (PPE required).
  • Maintain inventory; request consumables/equipment on schedule.
  • Track attendance; report issues and performance to the Manager.
  • Serve as the communication link between management, staff, and clients.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding of new team members.
  • Complete required daily/weekly/monthly reports and schedules.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities services.
  • 5+ years of commercial cleaning experience.
  • Floor care expertise: able to strip and wax floors (including set-up, chemical use, machine operation, and finish application).
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)—reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Physically able to walk, lift, bend, and handle equipment for the full shift.
  • Basic computer literacy (scheduling, reporting, email).
