We are looking for a dependable Work Leader to oversee cleaning operations across Raleigh and Durham, NC.


About Green Clean Janitorial

Green Clean Janitorial is a family-owned commercial janitorial company founded in 2006 with operations across multiple states. We provide best-in-class cleaning services to offices, medical facilities, industrial spaces, educational institutions, government buildings, arenas, and event venues. We are growing rapidly in North Carolina and looking for a hands-on leader to help us maintain the high standards our clients expect.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple client facilities and ensure quality cleaning standards are maintained.
  • Verify that cleaning staff report to work as scheduled.
  • Serve as a backup cleaner when coverage is needed.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies at assigned locations.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers to address operational needs and client concerns.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel between assigned facilities.
  • Previous janitorial or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently.
