Job Description:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Operations Manager โ€“ Janitorial Services for a commercial cleaning company. This role is focused on managing and executing day-to-day cleaning operations across client sites. The Operations Manager will ensure service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency while supporting sales and growth initiatives where needed.

This is a hands-on operational role suited for candidates with experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning services who are looking to grow into management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily janitorial and commercial cleaning operations across assigned accounts.
  • Ensure high standards of cleaning quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and walk-throughs with clients and sales representatives.
  • Support sales efforts by assisting with site visits, walkthroughs, and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Manage client relationships, including handling feedback, resolving issues, and conducting monthly satisfaction surveys.
