Goal Cleaning LLC is a growing commercial cleaning company proudly serving the Greater Philadelphia area. We are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services while building strong relationships with our clients and investing in our employees.
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Operations Manager with commercial cleaning experience to oversee daily field operations, lead our teams, and ensure outstanding service across multiple client locations.
Responsibilities
* Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new employees
* Lead, coach, and support field teams to ensure high performance
* Conduct quality control inspections at client locations
* Ensure company cleaning standards, safety procedures, and client expectations are consistently met
* Coordinate employee schedules and arrange coverage when needed
* Resolve operational issues and provide on-site support
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits
* Prepare and issue customer invoices
* Lead monthly team meetings and conduct employee performance evaluations
* Maintain operational reports and recommend process improvements
* Collaborate with company leadership to improve efficiency and service quality
Qualifications
* Previous leadership experience in the commercial cleaning industry is required
* Experience recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on management style
* Ability to manage multiple client locations in a fast-paced environment
* Valid driverโ€™s license, reliable car and willingness to travel throughout the Greater Philadelphia area
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic business software
* English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
