  • Build strong client relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Monitor staffing, workflow efficiency, and overall service performance.
  • Support operational improvements and maintain company standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2โ€“3 years of hands-on operations management experience in commercial cleaning.

REQUIRED:
  • Proven experience managing commercial cleaning crews in the field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cleaning management software preferred.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record REQUIRED.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.

Compensation & Schedule:
  • $63,000โ€“$65,000 annually.
  • Mondayโ€“Friday schedule.
  • Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

If you are a results-driven operations leader who takes pride in accountability, quality, and team performance, we want to hear from you.
