Janitorial & Maintenance Assistant (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Location: Adkins (On-site)
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5 hours per day (20 hours per week)
Pay: Starting at $16.00 USD per hour
Reports to: Team Leader / Operations Supervisor

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitorial & Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This role includes general cleaning duties as well as basic support for machinery care and production areas within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize restrooms daily
Clean offices, desks, and common areas
Sweep and maintain hallways and walkways
Clean and organize warehouse areas
Keep exterior and yard areas clean and presentable
Maintain low-traffic or low-volume areas
Clean paint department areas
Clean CNC production areas
Clean machine surfaces and surrounding workspaces
Support basic upkeep and preventive maintenance tasks
Remove trash and maintain general organization
Report supply needs or repair issues
Follow all safety procedures while working in plant areas
Qualifications
Previous janitorial, industrial cleaning, or basic maintenance experience preferred
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently
