Schedule:
Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(1-hour lunch break)

Job Summary

LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Assistant Supervisor to support daily cleaning operations and lead a janitorial team. This hands-on role includes supervising staff, conducting inspections, training employees, and assisting with daily cleaning to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Supervisor with daily cleaning operations
  • Organize schedules and assign work to team members
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure cleaning standards are met
  • Lead daily team meetings and communicate expectations
  • Monitor attendance, breaks, and timekeeping
  • Train and support new employees
  • Communicate professionally with clients, HR, and team members
  • Perform hands-on cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas
  • Perform floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing
  • Safely use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and PPE
