Key Responsibilities
Cleanliness & Sanitation
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen support areas, and exterior spaces.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cleaning, sanitation, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with GHS requirements and all health and safety standards.
- Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Dining Room & Guest Support
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to support guest flow.
- Assist servers and front-of-house staff in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Remove trash, debris, and spills promptly to ensure a safe environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and high-traffic areas.
Operational Support
- Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties as assigned.
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies, tools, and storage areas.
- Support kitchen and bar areas with cleaning needs as required.
- Work collaboratively with all team members to support overall restaurant operations.
Uniform & Appearance Standards
