  • Group has 12 Physicians and 22 total APP's

About the Role:

  • Family Medicine Physician - Skilled Nursing Facility Coverage
  • Location: Parkville, Maryland area (20mins from Baltimore)
  • Schedule: M-F Daytime Hours
  • Typical Daily Volume: 20 - 25 Patients. 
  • Flexible Schedule - Call, Weekends, and Evenings NOT a requirement
  • Provider will consistently work in the same SNF facility on a weekly basis.
  • Physician will be providing typical primary care services, medication management, and disease management services for inpatient population. 
  • Covering follow ups, evaluations, new admissions, sick visits, etc..
  • Visa Sponsorship if needed - J1 or H1B
