Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Incident Manager to lead the end-to-end incident management process, ensuring the timely restoration of IT services and minimizing business impact. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams during major incidents, managing stakeholder communications, driving root cause analysis (RCA), and ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of major IT incidents (P1/P2) from identification to closure.
  • Coordinate technical teams to restore services within SLA targets.
  • Lead incident bridge calls and provide timely updates to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Escalate critical incidents and ensure effective communication throughout the resolution process.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
  • Monitor incident trends, prepare reports, and support continual service improvement.
  • Maintain accurate incident documentation in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL Incident Management processes.
