Job description

ITG Communications is hiring a Project Administrator in Kingston, NH.
The Project Administrator, Construction provides critical administrative and operational support to construction teams by ensuring accurate project documentation, billing validation, and timely project closeout.
This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity across construction, finance, and client reporting by managing as-built documentation, reconciling production data, and supporting cross-functional communication. The Project Administrator helps drive efficiency, reduce billing discrepancies, and ensure projects are properly documented from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
  • *Provide administrative and project coordination support across construction projects
  • *Support project documentation, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • *Assist in monitoring project progress and maintaining up-to-date project records
  • *Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support project execution and communication
  • *Support financial reconciliation processes to ensure alignment with project data
  • *Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues to appropriate stakeholders
  • *Maintain and update systems, tools, and documentation used to manage construction projects
  • *Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness
  • *Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned

Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of administrative or project support experience preferred
