We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef who thrives in a high-volume environment, leads by example, and is passionate about exceptional food, team development, and operational excellence. As the right hand to the Executive Chef, you'll play a critical role in maintaining culinary standards, developing kitchen talent, and ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen exceeds expectations.

Italian cuisine/HIGH VOLUME kitchen experience is required.

What You'll Do
Culinary Leadership
  • Assist in the creation, development, and execution of food and beverage menus.
  • Produce high-quality dishes that meet company standards for presentation, consistency, and flavor.
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, specifications, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on excellence during every service.
Kitchen Operations
  • Help oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient execution during service.
  • Step in for the Executive Chef when necessary to direct food preparation and kitchen management.

What We're Looking For
  • Italian cuisine experience required.
  • 4+ years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen operations.
  • Proven leadership and staff development experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of food cost, inventory control, and kitchen efficiency.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management systems, POS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Culinary degree or related certification preferred but not required.
