Job description

Touch of Tuscany Italian Steakhouse & Bar is seeking a highly skilled Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume, upscale Italian steakhouse focused on quality, consistency, and execution. Salary Range $70,000-$80,000 plus paid vacation.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Execute and oversee sauté and steak stations at a high level
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization of the kitchen

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of sauté experience in an Italian restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of high-end steak preparation and butchery fundamentals
  • Experience with ordering, inventory systems, and food cost control
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
