Touch of Tuscany Italian Steakhouse & Bar is seeking a highly skilled Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume, upscale Italian steakhouse focused on quality, consistency, and execution. Salary Range $70,000-$80,000 plus paid vacation.
Compensation:$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Lead and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Execute and oversee sauté and steak stations at a high level
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization of the kitchen
Qualifications:- Minimum 4 years of sauté experience in an Italian restaurant
- Strong knowledge of high-end steak preparation and butchery fundamentals
- Experience with ordering, inventory systems, and food cost control
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
