Job description

Brasato Northern Italian Chophouse, a new independently owned restaurant opening in Wilmington, North Carolina, is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager/Executive Sous Chef to help open and operate our kitchen.

This is not a clipboard-only management position. The person hired must be capable of leading service, maintaining standards, training cooks and stepping onto grill, sauté, pasta or another station when necessary.
