Protected by military secrets, these creations were only launched in the International market when the brand was acquired by Richemont Group in 1997. Today, the Maison advances through cutting‑edge research, sustainability, and empowering modern heroes with a team that passionately brings value to Panerai's distinctive mix of Italian spirit and Swiss watchmaking excellence.

As our next VP, Marketing & Communications, North America, you will embark on a pivotal mission to lead all aspects of 360‑degree omnichannel Marketing & Communications. You will develop and implement strategies that drive brand positioning, consumer awareness and desirability, client journey, and revenue growth across North America. Serve as a key member of the North America Executive Committee and primary strategic partner with HQ.

Brand & Communications Strategy

Define and localize the Maison's brand narrative for North America, adapting HQ guidelines for product launches and messaging. Oversee integrated media strategy (digital, print, social, OOH/DOOH) for brand building and performance, directing agency partnerships. Cultivate relationships within entertainment, sports, and cultural industries for high‑visibility placements and manage local brand reputation.

Client Engagement & Experience

Define the strategic vision for the B2C event calendar (approx. 300 annually) with built‑in ROI measurement. Own the North America CRM strategy in partnership with commercial heads, championing a client‑centric mindset and designing personalized client journeys.

Team Leadership

How will you experience success?

12–15 years of progressive marketing/communications experience, with at least 7 years leading cross‑functional teams, ideally within luxury, premium retail, or hospitality. Deep understanding of the luxury client, brand codes, and the North American market dynamics. Proven track record in strategic A&P budget management with measurable ROI and driving transformational change. Exceptional executive‑level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. A strategic, creative, and analytical mindset, leveraging data for informed decision‑making. Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to building impactful partnerships and activations.
