As part of the Multilingual Production Line of Busines, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Project coordination in a bustling, deadline-driven environment
  • Working closely with clients in Italian-speaking markets and multinational internal teams
  • Quality control of Italian content in a wide variety of styles, terminologies, and formats
  • Overseeing the creation of editorial briefs and glossaries
  • Ensuring copy adheres to the client’s desired style, tone of voice, and brand image
  • Balancing budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring profitability of projects
  • Recruitment and training of copywriters, translators, post-editors, and proofreaders

Desired Profile

  • Secondary and higher education in Italy
  • Working languages mandatory: Italian (native-speaker level required), English and French
  • Linguistic project management, journalistic, or translation background
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Appreciation for a dynamic, multicultural work environment
  • Solid work ethic, team player, dedicated to seeing challenging projects through to completion
  • Interpersonal skills, adaptability, multitask-oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of Office tools, interest in new technologies, computer savvy

Conditions
