Customer Support Specialist with Italian Entry level position Work at home - Poland area | PLN 5300–6000 gross/month The position is based on an hourly employment contract and includes an hourly rate of PLN 33.3 gross/hour*. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality customer support via phone and email, in line with company standards;
  • Handling customer and client cases related to formal, administrative, and complaint-related matters;
  • Communicating with existing customers to resolve technical, non-technical, and logistics-related inquiries;
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure retention and an excellent customer experience;
  • Identifying customer needs and promoting suitable products and services (cross-selling, lead generation, sales closing);
  • Updating customer databases and accurately documenting interactions for future contacts and campaigns;
  • Reporting recurring issues to the Team Manager and Mentor;
  • Striving to achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets set by management.
