Today Pyou Global presents you a new vacancy: for the USA branch of a premium Italian manufacturing company operating in the food and beverage industry, we are looking for a:


Area Sales Manager (Beverage industry) – East Coast (USA)


The ideal candidate is a proactive and motivated junior professional with a passion for sales and/or the Food & Beverage industry, strong communication skills, and preferably 1–3 years of B2B sales experience. His/her tasks will be:


  • Manage the assigned territory by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the beverage industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct cold calls, customer visits, virtual meetings, presentations, and commercial proposals.
  • Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and technical consultants, including gelato makers and pastry chefs.
  • Support distributors and customers by providing commercial assistance and coordinating with internal technical teams.
  • Act as a professional representative of the company within the assigned territory.


Requirements:


  • Fluent English required.
  • Italian language skills are a strong plus.
  • Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience is preferred, although strong junior candidates with relevant commercial or customer-facing experience may also be considered.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the East Coast.



Salary range: $50,000 – $80,000 USD gross/year (Including performance bonus)
