We are a highly-rated, chef-driven Italian-Mediterranean restaurant located in Downtown Detroit and looking for our next executive chef! If you are an experienced chef with a specialty in Italian cuisine, we'd love to speak with you! Our award winning restaurant blends signature regional Italian traditions (stretching all the way down to Sicily) with modern Mediterranean influences. Features include house-made pastas rolled and cut daily, fresh seafood, dry-aged steaks, and popular rotating seasonal highlights like Beef Carpaccio, Big Eye Tuna Tataki, and Tableside Dover Sole.
