Job description

Gridiron IT is seeking a Technical Recruiter with proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services (RPS) tool. Our ideal candidate is passionate with a proven track record of recruiting world-class talent from sourcing to closing offers. Our Recruiters are exceptional listeners, curious, and creative problem-solvers. Every day is different, so being flexible and adaptable to change is important.


Job Duties:

  • Work with Account Managers to understand client staffing needs
  • Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates
  • Using of LinkedIn RPS as the main tool for identifying and sourcing candidates
  • Evaluate strengths and weakness of candidates based on customer requirements
  • Identify, select and recommend the best candidate for client requirements
  • Prepare candidates for internal and external client interviews
  • Negotiate wages, benefits and other terms of employment with candidates
  • Oversee new hire orientation for new contract and contract-hire employees
  • Manage contract, contract-hire and direct placement employees throughout their engagements
  • Establish and build relationships with existing employees, personal/professional networks, developer communities and student groups

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range:ย $45,000-$50,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)

Benefits:ย Gridiron offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), disability & ADD insurance, life and pet insurance to eligible employees. Full-time and part-time employees working at least 30 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Gridironโ€™s benefits programs.
