Qualifications:FOR GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing network orders and Invoice validation for Information Technology (IT) services; 2) Providing programmatic support with government and commercial service providers of Emergency Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) system operations; 3) Following procurement procedures to ensure appropriate interaction with contracted providers of IT services; and 4) Supporting Public Safety Network (PSNET) related projects such as automated gates and turnstiles at entry control panels.
