Job Summary

Drive innovation behind the scenes and power exceptional guest and team member experiences. As the IT Manager, you will oversee venue technology systems, support operational technology initiatives, maintain infrastructure reliability, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives. You will partner with venue leadership and corporate teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient technology services.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise technology environments
  • Experience supporting network infrastructure, wireless systems, and endpoint devices
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based technologies
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and technology projects
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage venue technology infrastructure and support systems
  • Monitor network performance and system availability
  • Coordinate hardware and software deployments
  • Maintain cybersecurity controls and compliance standards
  • Troubleshoot escalated technical issues
