Job Summary

The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining all computer networks, information systems, and ERP infrastructure. This role ensures daily system health, provides hands on help desk support, and leads technology improvements that enhance productivity, security, and operational efficiency. The position requires strong ERP experience the ability to read and modify code, and a solid understanding of system administration.

The ideal candidate brings strong help desk experience, deep ERP knowledge, and the ability to understand, modify, or develop code when needed. They stay ahead of hardware/software end of life timelines, communicate clearly with users, and balance system stability with continuous improvement. They are proactive, organized, and comfortable leading ERP discussions, upgrades, and user driven enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor system performance, security, and overall health of network and information systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and desktop support issues
  • Provide responsive help desk support to internal users
  • Evaluate technology needs and recommend hardware and software upgrades
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Teams-based phone systems
