Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our staff and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
  • Monitor and maintain the company's network and server infrastructure
  • Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly
  • Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades
  • Train staff on new technologies and software as needed
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and processes
  • Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting
