As a Senior Information Technology Developer at Epicor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining critical business systems and applications throughout the full software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve development standards, and support ongoing operational needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions on time, providing technical leadership, and helping drive continuous improvement across development practices. We are seeking applicants with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others.
What you will be doing
  • Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain applications and framework components that support business operations.
  • Participate in solution architecture, technical design discussions, and code reviews to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Mentor and support fellow developers through knowledge sharing, training, and technical guidance.
  • Develop and maintain tools, integrations, and automation solutions that improve hardware and software processes.
  • Create project estimates, contribute to project planning, and lead small to medium-sized development initiatives.
  • Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance to end users and business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve coding standards, development practices, and overall system performance.

  • 5+ years' experience in software development, including 2+ years' experience in a specialized or industry-related environment.
  • Strong experience developing solutions using C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, and relational database technologies, including advanced SQL/T-SQL development.
  • Strong experience working with BPMs, BAQs, Application Studio
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, source control, code reviews, build processes, and testing.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, producing estimates, creating solution designs, and delivering elegant, maintainable code with functional and regression testing practices.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
