HR Technology Analyst
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected financial services organization to hire an HR Technology Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled HR professional who enjoys optimizing systems, analyzing data, improving processes, and supporting HR operations through technology.
The HR Technology Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems and reporting while partnering closely with Human Resources, Payroll, IT, and business leaders. This individual will play a key role in ensuring HR technology platforms operate efficiently, data remains accurate and secure, and reporting provides valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do:
HR Technology & Systems Administration
  • Administer, maintain, and optimize HRIS and related HR technology platforms
  • Configure system settings, workflows, security access, and permissions
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity across HR systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR technology troubleshooting and end-user support
  • Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and technology implementations
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors on integrations and system improvements
HR Operations Support
  • Support HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Assist with timekeeping maintenance, benefits enrollment validation, invoice reconciliation, and other HR operational functions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Reporting & Analytics
  • Create, maintain, and distribute HR reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights to HR leadership
  • Support compliance reporting, audits, and business reporting requirements
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements through data analysis
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with data privacy and security standards
Qualifications:
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HR technology, HRIS administration, or related HR operations
  • Experience configuring and maintaining HR systems, including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, or performance management software
  • Experience creating reports, analyzing data, and supporting business decision-making
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data management best practices
Preferred
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycom, Compease, 15Five, or similar systems
  • Experience supporting system implementations and software integrations
  • Experience within Human Resources operations, payroll, benefits administration, or talent acquisition support
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Power Query
