Position Responsibilities:
Manage large scale, cross team programs from planning through release. Directly manage team of technical program managers. Lead execution of technical program through full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Drive team members to define and manage program scope, timelines and deliverables, ensure on time delivery of milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional team across engineering, product, QA and operations to unblock team member's progress, facilitate alignment across stakeholder groups to ensure synchronized delivery. Drive continuous improvement in program execution and team process, identifying enhancements to improve program cycle efficiency.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $181,336/year to $221,300/year

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or another related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and five years of experience in the job offered or related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) using project and program management tools JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent tool for tracking timelines; (2) experience communicating technical concepts effectively across cross-functional engineering, product, and leadership teams; (3) performing risk and dependency management including demonstrated ability to identify, document, and mitigate program-level risk and inter-team dependencies; (4) creating and maintaining program documentation, status reports and executive summaries for leadership review; (5) human capital management, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination; (6) providing technical leadership and project management for all aspects of large scale, cross team programs from planning through release. 100% telecommuting permitted, work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.#0000
