Sono Bello is seeking an IT Manager to oversee operational IT services across clinic and corporate locations in a cloud-first healthcare environment. This role ensures technology systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The IT Manager drives service delivery performance, operational accountability, analytics, and continuous improvement across infrastructure, networking, identity, and endpoint platforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for overall IT operations across service desk, infrastructure, networking, and endpoint management
  • Accountable for service performance, including SLA/KPI tracking, operational trend analysis, and ongoing reporting on system, endpoint, and network health
  • Responsible for escalation oversight and resolution of business-critical incidents
  • Ensures consistent onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and documentation practices across all locations
  • Oversees Azure infrastructure to maintain availability, stability, and cost control
  • Maintains secure and compliant Microsoft 365 services aligned with enterprise standards
  • Responsible for identity lifecycle management within Entra ID, including access governance and conditional access
  • Oversees Intune and Windows Autopilot to ensure standardized and compliant device deployment
  • Ensures enforcement of Zero Trust and endpoint security controls
  • Responsible for network reliability and coordinates vendor support as needed
  • Ensures operational compliance with HIPAA, SOC, and related regulatory requirements
  • Oversees vulnerability management, patch compliance, and audit readiness
  • Drives process improvements and operational efficiency through automation and standardization
  • Provides leadership, mentorship, and performance management for IT staff
  • Manages vendor relationships and supports budgeting and cost oversight
  • Supports operational planning and stabilization of enterprise technology initiatives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience with operational leadership responsibilities
  • Experience managing IT operations in a multi-site environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
  • Working knowledge of Meraki networking solutions
  • Experience building performance metrics and executive-level reporting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
  • ITIL, Azure, or Cisco certifications preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work onsite at the Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA for a minimum of 3 days a week. May work in remote office locations on Wednesdays and Fridays.

COMPENSATION:

At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $125,000- $150,000 + Bonus depending on experience.

Compensation Range
$125,000—$150,000 USD
