Job description

Position OverviewAs the IT Program Manager for Supply Chain, you will drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives that support and enhance supply chain operations. Your role will focus on managing multiple complex IT projects related to supply chain systems, processes, and integrations including the capabilities of new distribution centers.
You will provide leadership and direction to junior team members, both employees and contractors, ensuring their project tasks align with supply chain and IT strategic objectives and IT best practices.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations, and IT stakeholders, you will gather and analyze business requirements specific to supply chain needs, develop comprehensive project plans, and oversee the seamless integration of technology solutions.
Additionally, you will mentor project managers, facilitate their professional development, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts for supply chain project management methodologies within IT.A Day in the Life
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs (25%)
